Hawa Mahal - India's beautiful and historical wind palace

During the era of jhala rulers, the construction of Hawa Mahal wadhwan was taken up which literary meant wind palace. This intricately carved monument was intended to be a lake palace but was left incomplete. Around the Hawa Mahal, one can see Sompura artisans work on carved stones.
